How easy/difficult is it for you to remain free of the devil now?

It’s a lot easier to remain free now that I am aware of how demons can attack me.  To me, this question is similar to being asked, ‘how would I remain free from being eaten by a school of piranhas?’  Firstly I would need to know they exist, and then I’d need to have knowledge about how they could attack me.  Subsequently, I would simply decide not to jump into places where piranhas could attack me.

 God says, My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge… Hosea 4:6.  Years ago many hatters (milliners) appeared to become mad.  When knowledge was gained about mercury poisoning, which caused the symptoms of being mad, the hatters could make wiser choices that didn’t cause them to become poisoned by mercury. It’s been a similar experience for me staying free from the devil.

Over the past years my knowledge of God's kingdom and the devil's kingdom has significantly increased. Therefore, being aware of the spiritual consequences of my daily decisions, has allowed me to make wiser decisions and remain free. If I choose to put my hand in a trap, I may get caught.  If I choose things that will separate me from God (sin), then I will more than likely open doors for demons to enter and attack me.

What I value most about knowing how to remain free, and living my life accordingly, is that my life and relationship with God becomes unhindered.  The more I live in the fullness of the life God destined for me, the more clarity, peace, self-control, love (this list is long), I have; and words cannot describe how grateful I am for this.
